Hall Descendent's

 Henry Clay Hall- was born about 1835. He died Lea County,New Mexico.
Mary Ann Polly Butler daughter of John Butler and Marietta Emiline Curtis was born in 1837. She died in 1903.
Henry Clay Hall and Mary Ann Polly Butler were married on Aug 19, 1852 in Smith, Texas. They had the following children:
       William Thomas Hall was born in Oct 1853 in Van Zandt,Texas and died  in 1920. On June 08, 1876  in Jack, Texas he married Emily "Emma" Perkins, daughter of Uriah Perkins and Mary Jane Gilliland. She was born in Aug 1858 in Wise,Texas. She died in 1938 in Texico,Curry,New Mexico.

*  Lillian F Hall was born Jun 16, 1878 in California and died Dec 16, 1900. She married Robert H. Leathers, who was born Oct 1860 in California. They had one son named  Frank Leathers, born Nov 24, 1896 in California and died Jun 20, 1983 in Yolo, California. Frank married Dellie Ethel Elizabeth Watson in 1958. She was born  Oct 23, 1902 in Arkansas and died July 29, 1990 in Sutter County, California.

* Clay Alexander Hall was born on Nov 17, 1880 in Texas. He married Francis Alice.

* Henry N. Hall was born in 1883 in Texas. He died in 1883 in Texas.

* Henry Uriar Hall was born on Mar 13, 1883 in Texas. He died on Feb 21, 1959. He is buried in the Letitia Cemetery located in Lawton, Oklahoma. His first wife was Carrie Lily Belle Stewart, born Nov 11, 1883 in Saint Jo, Montague County,Texas and died Apr 24, 1916. She is buried in the Letitia Cemetary in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Their children were Nellie Belle Hall, born June 15, 1906, in Saint Jo, Montague County, Texas and died Nov 20, 1965, in Waurika, Jefferson County, Oklahoma . Nellie married Adam Lee Camp Lebo Duncan, born Fleetwood, Jefferson County, Oklahoma, in 1910 and died  Jun 18, 1996 in Waurika, Jefferson County, Oklahoma . Adam and Nellie are buried in the Waurika Cemetary located in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. They had four children: Gary Lee Duncan born Jun 06, 1939; Carrie Belle Duncan born Oct 21, 1942; Velda Nell Duncan born Nov 14, 1947; and Ricky Dewayne Duncan born May 25, 1950.
   Henry Uriar and Carrie Lily Belle's second child was Flossie Emma Hall, born Feb 01, 1908 in Texas and died Oct 26, 1979 in Lawton, Oklahoma. She is buried in the Letitia Cemetery in Lawton, Oklahoma. She married William Benjamin Elliff who was born Jun 20, 1905 in Texas and died Jul 15, 1975 in Lawton, Oklahoma. They had four children: Bennie Jo Elliff born Apr 19, 1930; Albert Allen Elliff born Jul 28, 1934 and died Apr 26, 2005, buried n the Letitia Cemetery in Lawton, Oklahoma.; and Betty Ruth Elliff born unknown and died Oct 02, 1932.
   Henry Uriar and Carrie Lily Belle's third child was Albert Clayton Hall, born Aug 31, 1910 in Oklahoma and died Dec 23, 1976 in Lawton, Oklahoma.
   Their fourth child was D.C. Hall, born May 27, 1913 in Grady County,Oklahoma and died Mar 14, 1988 in Love County, Oklahoma. She married Hiram Thomas Duncan, born Aug 21, 1911 in Terral, Jefferson County Oklahoma Indian Territory. He died Nov 22, 1985 in  Fort Worth, Texas. They had five children: an infant Male born and died Nov 01, 1931; Hiram Thomas Duncan Jr. born Jul 04, 1934 ; Phillis Ann Duncan born Apr 21, 1937; a twin, Phillip Ray Duncan born Apr 21, 1937;  Robert (Bobby) Dan Duncan born Dec 06, 1939, died Nov 16, 2008; and  Vera Mae Hall who was born and died 1916.
   Henry Uriar Hall's second wife was Belle Snodgrass. They had  Jiles Uriah Hall , born on Sep 27, 1920. He married Hazle Marie Lawrence on Aug 05, 1942. He died on Oct 11, 1993 in Salome, Arizona.
Jiles and Hazel had two children. Harry Uriah Hall b. Aug. 8, private and Alfreda Hall b. Feb.28, private.


* James Noel Hall was born on Apr 04, 1885 in Texas and died Oct 1976 in Beaumont, Texas . He married Altha Arrena Pierce in 1910. She was born Mar 06, 1891 in Oklahoma and died Aug 08, 1979 in Mt Pleasant, Texas and buried in Bridges Chapel Cemetary in Mt Pleasant, Texas.







 James and Altha's first child was Lillie Mae Hall was born on Feb 26, 1911 in Marlow, Oklahoma.and died on Mar 23, 1981 in Galveston, Texas. She is buried in the Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Galveston, Texas. She married Leslie Allen Buckanan, born Feb 23, 1884 and died Sep 04, 1982 in Galveston, Texas.

   James and Altha's second child was Clara Faye Hall who was the twin to Lillie, born on Feb 26, 1911 in Marlow, Oklahoma. She died on Jan 30, 1996 in Mt Pleasant,Texas. She is buried in the Tranquil Cemetery located in Winnfield, Texas. She married Howard Grady Brown, born May 13, 1903 in Texas and died Aug 23, 1983. He is buried in the Tranquil Cemetery located in Winnfield, Texas. Clara and Howard had seven children: Opal Marie Brown born 1929; Howard Brown Jr.Martha Valerie BrownColvis Noell BrownMelton Grady (Pete) Brown born Mar 04, 1941 and died Sep 13, 1996. He is buried in Bogata Cemetery and married Betty Sue GuessFransis Lavell Brown; and Clarie Merith Brown.

   James and Altha's third child was Melton Ray Hall, born Apr 13, 1913 in Texas and died Aug 14, 1989 in Mt Pleasant, Texas. He is buried in the Talco Cemetary in Talco, Texas.  Melton Ray's first wife was Eugenia Christine Whitney, born Dec 14, 1916 in Franklin County, Texas and died Oct 07, 1953 in Franklin County, Texas. They married Nov 07, 1933 in Midway, Texas. She is buried in the Talco Cemetary in Talco, Texas.
 Melton and Eugenia had five children:  Lester Wiley Hall, born and died Apr 16, 1935 in Franklin County, Texas. He is buried in the Midway Cemetary in Talco, Texas;  Myrna Marie Hall, born Mar 29, 1938 in Talco, Texas and died Dec 02, 1999 in Mountain Grove, Missouri. She is buried in the Nevills Chapel Cemetary in Mt.Pleasant, Texas. Her first husband was Harold Glen Horton, born Mar 03, 1938 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas and died May 06, 1987 in Tyler, Texas. They married Jul 14, 1956 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He is buried in the Nevills Chapel Cemetary in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Myrna and Harold had four children:  Stephenie Renee Horton born Jan 21, 1958; Anthony Glen Horton born Apr 25, 1959; Christopher Byron Horton born Aug 20, 1960; and Jeffery Lang Horton born Mar 20, 1968.
  Myrna's second husband was Charles J. Lewis, born Apr 14, 1927 in Garnett, Kansas and died Jan 27, 2001 in Mountain Grove, Missouri. They married Feb 25, 1990. He is buried in the Garnett Cemetery located in Garnett, Kansas.
Cecilia Ray Hall, born Dec 16, 1942 in Franklin County, Texas. She married William Eugene Smith, born May 16, 1937 in  Lamar, Texas. They had two children; Kimberly Elaine Smith born Nov 22, 1961; and Andrea Rachel Smith born Feb 23, 1970

Roger Dale Hall, born Dec 15, 1947 in Franklin County, Texas. He married Mary Lou Robertson, born Aug 10, 1948 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

James Greg Hall born Jan 21, private in Mt.Pleasant, Texas. He married Betty Ann Harrigill, born March 31, private in Corpus Christy, Texas. They had Zadie Delana Hall born March 6, private and Christine Summer Hall born May 17, private.
  Their fourth child was William Thomas Hall, born on Apr 12, 1917 in Oklahoma and died on Sept 27, 1963 in Titus County, Texas. He is buried in the Forrest Lane Memorial Park in Mt.Pleasant, Texas. He married Willie Mae and they had Noell Thomas Hall.

James and Altha's sixth child was  Leonna Hall, born in 1916. She died on Aug 08, 1979. She married Roy Wright and they had two children; Pastel Leroy Wright; and Barbara Wright.

Maud Lenore Hall was born on Apr 05, 1885 in Lampasas County, Texas. She died in Mar 1976 in Nevada, Missouri. She married George William Shoemaker, born Jul 06, 1885 in Marshall, Saline, Missouri and died Dec 1973 in Nevada, Vernon, Missouri.

* Thomas Edward Hall was born on Mar 25, 1887 in Boonsville, Wise, Texas. He died on Aug 05, 1944 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He is buried in the Texico Cemetery located in Texico, New Mexico.

Death date based on wife, Emma, listed as widow in 1920 census. Marriage date from Texas Marriages 1814-1909. According to family tradition, he left his family in 1909. He was a big framed man and believed to be exhibiting signs of Huntington’s Disease.

Marriage from Texas Marriages 1814-1909. In 1860 Census, Emily is age 1 and living in Decatur, Wise, Texas with her parents and siblings. No record has been found of Emily or her family in the 1870 or 1880 Censuses. In 1900 Census, Emily, age 41, is married and living in Lampasas, Texas with her family.
In 1910 Census, Emma is living with son, James N. in Rush Springs, Grady Co., OK and is shown as married. In 1920 Census, she is living with son, Henry in Hope Township, Stephens Co., OK and is shown as a "widow." In 1930 Census, she is living with daughter, Clara J. Hall Chiddex and family in Hulen (Comanche), OK. According to Kenneth Vestal, she was living with her son, Thomas Edward, in New Mexico at the time of her death in 1938.

There is a Lillie May Coleman buried in Nix Cemetery, Lampasas County, Texas with a date of birth as 16 June 1828 (could this be 1878, which is her birth date shown in 1900 census taken 8 Jun 1900?) and death as 16 Dec 1900 and listed as a daughter of W.T. and E. Hall. She was living in Lampasas Co., Texas in the 1900 census with her mother and father, but is shown with the last name of Leathers and listed as married. Did she marry a Coleman between the census and her possible death in December?

Birth date from WWI Registration. He was living in Alex (Grady), OK. Nearest relative listed was Francis Alice Hall . He was listed as widower in 1930 census. He was in Blackburn (Jefferson) OK living with
nephew, Wm. B. Elliff and his wife, Flossie. Occupation was listed as farmer. He was last seen in Texico, New Mexico sometime in 1938 and appeared to be in the last stages of Huntington’s Disease.

He was in Rush Springs (Grady) OK in 1910 census with wife, Carrie (age 26) and their two children. She must have died before 1918 as he listed his mother as nearest relative when he registered for the WWI draft. He was living in Marlow (Stephens), OK on 7 Sept 1918 when he registered. He was in 1920 census in Hope (Stephens) OK with wife, Bell, age 25) children: Nellie Bell, Flossie E., Albert, D. C. and his mother, Emma. He was in Wray (Jefferson) OK in 1930 census with wife Bell L. and their 2 children, Albert C., age 19 and Jiles E., age 9).
